  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Software Products: If the product has a technical issue that cannot be resolved within 7 business days of reporting.
  • Hardware Products: If the product is found defective or damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours).
  • Services: If the service delivered does not match the scope as agreed in the project or service agreement.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Downloaded or activated software licenses.
  • Customized or personalized products/services.
  • Subscription-based services after 2 days of usage.
  • Services that have been partially or fully delivered.
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us at info@starkcomputech.com within the refund eligibility period.
  • Include your order number, contact details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

If approved for Defective and Damage Goods, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: No Return, Exchange or Refund on any In-Store Purchases.

Refunds will be processed for goods damaged before delivery, not during or after.
