[ ] Required access restrictions and response responsibilities
[ ] Who needs to use the system and who administers it

3. Existing infrastructure
[ ] Device and software models, where known
[ ] Recorders, storage, switches, cabling and backup power
[ ] Relevant warranties and existing maintenance arrangements

4. Acceptance and support
[ ] Recording retention and authorised retrieval process
[ ] Representative scenarios for commissioning tests
[ ] Required documentation, training and support arrangements
