STARK WATCH / MANAGED E-SURVEILLANCE

From an alert
to a next step.

Connect the signal, the operator and the person who can act. A monitoring service needs a response process, not just a wall of video.

24x7 Remote Monitoring & E-Surveillance

STARK helps define how surveillance events reach a monitoring team, how those events are reviewed and who is notified. Discuss continuous or scheduled monitoring, site connectivity, escalation contacts and the actions permitted under your agreement. A 24x7 service is a contracted scope, not a promise that every camera is watched continuously by a dedicated operator.

THE DESIGN CONVERSATION

What we plan with you.

01

Define what gets monitored

Agree sites, operating hours, priority areas and event types rather than treating every motion event as equally important.

02

Verify before escalation

Set a review process for available video context, while recording when a view or connection is unavailable.

03

A documented escalation matrix

Identify the people to contact, the order of contact and what happens when nobody answers.

04

Health as well as incidents

Include suitable camera, recorder or network availability checks in the agreed monitoring scope.

05

Event records

Specify what time, classification, review notes and actions should be recorded for an event.

06

Plan for disconnection

Discuss backup connectivity, local recording and the limits of remote observation during a site outage.

BEFORE THE ASSESSMENT

A useful brief starts here.

Share the information available to your team. Do not send passwords, private footage or access codes in the enquiry form.

  • Site list and hours during which monitoring is required
  • Internet availability and existing recording setup
  • Your authorised response contacts and escalation rules
  • Events that should trigger action, and events that should not

Questions worth asking.

Can monitoring work with an existing CCTV system?

The recorder, streams, network and integration options need assessment. Secure remote access and the required event signals must be available; public exposure of recorder ports is not the default approach.

Does remote monitoring replace every on-site guard?

Not automatically. Remote observation and on-site intervention are different functions. The design should retain whatever local response capability your site needs.

Are response times guaranteed?

Any service hours, acknowledgement targets and escalation commitments must be written into the service agreement. Website demonstration timings are not service-level guarantees.

What happens when the internet is down?

Remote visibility may be interrupted. The proposal should explain connectivity monitoring, local recording, backup options and the customer actions expected during an outage.

THE NEXT STEP / YOUR SITE

Let's plan the right system.

Tell us about the site and the problem you need to solve. We will review the request before proposing a scope.
